The Train the Trainer sessions at Golden Corral are going virtual! The Virtual Train the Trainer (TTT) Program consists of four, approximately 2 hours virtual classes presented by the Golden Corral Training Center. The TTT classes are focused on teaching Training Managers how to guide our Managers in Training (MITs) through the management-training program successfully. Train the Trainer emphasizes and examines adult learning, testing and evaluating candidates, and mastering various training techniques. Upon completion of the course, attendees become certified Training Managers and may begin training MITs in Tier 1 and Tier 2 in their restaurants once their store becomes a Accredited Training Store.
In order to become a Certified Training Manager, you must complete the Virtual Train the Trainer sessions and all of the requirements and homework assignments. Plan to attend the sessions away from the restaurant using a computer with video capabilities. (NOTE: Attending all 4 sessions using video for class participation is required.)

Virtual Train the Trainer Classes: (Attendance at all 4 sessions is required to become certified.)
Class #25 – June 3, 5, 10, and 12, 2025 – Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 11:00 am ET/10:00 am CT/9:00 am MT/8:00 am PT for 2 hours.
Class #26 – September 9, 11, 16, and 18, 2025 – Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 11:00 am ET/10:00 am CT/9:00 am MT/8:00 am PT for 2 hours.
